标准简介：This standard specifies the general requirements, material requirements, manufacturing requirements, painting and marking for standard gauge freight car. This standard is applicable to newly-built standard gauge freight cars with a maximum running speed equal to or less than 120 km/h and an axle load equal to or less than 30 t. For newly-built freight cars with a maximum running speed more than 120 km/h and an axle load more than 30 t, and those with special requirements for structure and application, this standard can be taken as a reference.
